Education
JRD objective is to improve the quality of education and to meet the psycho-social and developmental needs of war-affected students in this part of Somalia and help them build a better future for their own society.
Improving early childhood education is a challenge, due to the lack of resources, inequitable access to services, the absence or insufficiency of mechanisms to ensure quality in training and provision, JRD is working to meet the growing demand for primary education and then secondary school, thus preventing children be more vulnerable to arm conflicts. Our strategies are building and improving infrastructure such as schools, study rooms, workshops where children can develop.
Rural Development Programs
